The Team Trident drivers showed good race pace in the final race of the series for 2017.

The Team Trident drivers delivered a convincing performance in race 2 of the FIA Formula 2 Championship finale at Yas Marina, although they couldn’t make their way to the points zone. With two extremely solid runs, they still highlighted the strength of their technical package.

Starting from the 14th place on the grid due to contact during the Feature Race which he was not responsible for, Santino Ferrucci set a positive pace and eventually crossed the finish line in 15th place. Nabil Jeffri also kept a steady rhythm and managed his car well, ending up not far away from his teammate in P16.

“Our goal was to finish the season with a top-10 result. Unfortunately though, our drivers didn’t have the right chance to make a difference even if they were able to show good race pace.”
