Lando Norris expects Charles Leclerc to be penalised ahead of the Monaco Grand Prix, with the stewards having summoned both for a hearing.

Leclerc had put his Ferrari SF-23 third on the grid in the pole shoot-out, while Norris’ Q3 was compromised by a repair delay after he had hit the wall in his McLaren late in Q2.

But, once Norris did emerge out of the pits, he came up on Leclerc in the tunnel section of the Monaco circuit, his lap written off immediately.
